Vacation Coffee: Orlando, Florida Style

Tom and family on a Thanksgiving vacation

Tom, also known as Cigarman, writes for the Tampa Bay Examiner, and is on vacation this week at the Hilton Grand Vacations Parc Soleil in Orlando, Florida. He not only is a connoisseur of fine cigars, he knows a bit about coffee. He enjoys roasting his own beans at home. I’ll be honest, In Room Coffee doesn’t quite sound like a great roast. Although this is a vacation, and coffee always taste better ON VACATION : )

An IHOP coffee shot! Apopka-Vineland Road, Orlando.

They had breakfast at International House of Pancakes and Tom snapped this shot. Check out how the food pictures look 3-D. My first job was as a dishwasher at IHOP. That was 1976 and I made $1.85 an hour.

Thank you Tom for sharing your vacation coffee shots. Enjoy!

I must admit the in-room coffee was so-so. The IHOP coffee on the other hand was terrible.

    IHOP! I’m so jealous.
